What is a Commercial Building Survey?

A commercial survey is a detailed and in-depth survey of commercial properties or a portfolio of properties.

Formerly known as a "Structural Survey", the process will identify any problems with the condition and construction of the property identifying any underlying problems. This could be things such as fixing the chimney chute, roof, unstable walls and, more importantly, subsidence.
